SpineSearch is seeking a Medical Office Manager who oversees the daily administrative operations of three medical office locations, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and a positive patient experience. This role provides leadership to support staff, manages office operations, and promotes consistency across all sites. Regular travel between locations is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple offices and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff; oversee scheduling and performance management.
- Maintain high levels of patient service and promptly address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.
- Oversee office administration including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Support and monitor EHR use, data accuracy, and identify process improvements.
Qualifications :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.Minimum 3 years of medical office experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in EHR systems and Microsoft Office.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly between locations.
