Your Role :

We're looking for a User Experience Design Manager passionate about building powerful digital experiences for high school coaches, athletes, and their teams. You'll lead the design of products that help organizations run more effectively.

• Focus on the customer, shaping and conducting user research to understand needs beyond what users say they want.
• Manage and professionally develop a small team of exceptional designers.
• Craft and communicate compelling concepts that are forward-facing, differentiated, and relevant to customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary counterparts to define requirements and deliver clear and focused digital user experiences.
• Advocate for tactility, accessibility, customer needs, and design excellence.

Compensation :

The base salary range for this role is $107,000 - $179,000 USD. This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive award.
