Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. If you are proactive, dependable, and skilled in repairs, we’d love to hear from you.
Compensation : $11 - $12 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition.
- Address repair needs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
- Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations.
- Inspect public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed.
