The Inventory Associate will be in a customer-facing role acting as a liaison, providing product information, and resolving any emerging problems that the customer account might face with accuracy and efficiency. There is a need to communicate clearly and to be an analytical person with confidence in troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Order and replenish products
  • Process on demand requests
  • Asset location management and upkeep
  • Perform physical inventory
  • Track missing inventory
  • Keep inventory organized, labeled, rotated
  • Right-sizing inventory (including consolidating, PAR level review, and SKU rationalization)
  • Identify, find, pull, and disposition expiring and recalled product

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or associates, preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in inventory restocking or healthcare inventory preferred
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential
  • Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills required.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
