Job Summary

We're looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Controller to join a growing organization dedicated to safety and innovation. You'll lead critical accounting operations, manage payroll and reporting processes, and guide a small team toward financial excellence.

What You'll Do

• Manage general ledger posting , month-end closing , and financial reporting
• Oversee certified payroll , prevailing wage , and union contract compliance
• Support the Controller with budgeting , forecasting , and audit preparation
• Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and internal control standards
