Daiquiri Deck is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests by maintaining our heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This position requires 1-3 years of experience specifically in refrigeration, along with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.

Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of HVAC and refrigeration systems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.

Install new HVAC and refrigeration equipment according to specifications and safety standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.

Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to minimize disruptions to restaurant operations.

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements :

1-3 years of experience working with refrigeration systems in a commercial setting.

EPA certification required.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
