We are seeking a detail-oriented and organizedHR Assistantto support our Human Resources department in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Position Summary :
The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding. This role requiresstrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Assist in processing payroll and tracking employee attendance.
- Prepare and update HR documents, such as employee handbooks and policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating staff training and development programs.
- Maintain and manage filing systems for HR documents (both digital and physical).
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills :
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.Prior experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.Strongorganizational and filing skillswith keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Benefits :
