Key Responsibilities :

Inspect, maintain, and repair construction equipment from various manufacturers, such as Komatsu, Case, Bomag, Kubota, Tadano, Manitowoc

  • ? Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
  • ? Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency
  • ? Document service and repair records accurately
  • ? Field service techs will respond to on-site service calls in a professional manner
  • ? Follow all safety protocols and company policies
  • ? Own a complete set of standard repair tools, standard tools will not be provided

Qualifications :

  • ? High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in diesel mechanics

    • or related field preferred

  • ? 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
  • ? Proficiency with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical systems
  • ? Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • ? Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • ? Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
  • ? Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying outdoor conditions

    • Work Environment & Schedule

  • ? Primarily outdoor job sites and workshops
  • ? Monday–Friday, full-time and occasional weekends may be required
