This is a growing commercial Real Estate Bridge Loan company with offices in Broward and New York. They are seeking a Senior Asset Manager to oversee a team of 5 employees and manage $1 billion in assets (approximately 100 loans and counting).

The firm acts as a lender, owner, and advisor and specializes in various business lines, including bridge loan financing, equity acquisition, and other real estate investment and debt strategies.

  • Bridge Loan Products :
  • Loans typically range from $3 million to $30 million for commercial real estate, including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and multifamily properties.
  • Loan terms usually last 1 to 3 years, with possible extensions, and LTVs can reach up to about 75%.
  • Role Description :

The Senior Asset Manager, based in Broward, FL will manage and monitor the performance of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, developing asset strategies, and preparing detailed asset management reports. The Senior Asset Manager will also monitor property operations and capital expenditures to ensure compliance with loan terms and conditions, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize asset value.

  • Position Requirements :
  • Must have extensive knowledge of debt and financing.
  • Seeking candidates with 7-10+ years of experience, ideally from a large institutional firm but looking to transition to a smaller environment.
  • Experience in financial analysis, asset management, and real estate investment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and loan structures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and related software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with commercial real estate bridge loans is a plus.
