Job Summary :

As a Direct Care Support Worker, you will provide a key role in providing support and guidance to individuals who have developmental disabilities living in a residential setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents in developing the skills and knowledge necessary to live independently and lead fulfilling lives. Working closely with a diverse group of residents, fostering a safe and inclusive environment that promotes personal growth and empowerment.

This position includes morning, evenings, weekends and holidays. Starting pay : $16.50, additional differentials, incentives, and bonuses applicable for hourly rates above $16.50.

Hours : Full-time; Flexible shifts including days, evening, weekends, and holidays.
