Guest Services, Operations, and Front Office

Washington Hilton is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent to join their Front Office team! This 1107-room property is within blocks of Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan, with The White House and National Mall less than two miles away!

The ideal candidate will hold comparable Front Desk experience or a min of 6 months of customer service experience and have full availability to work the ever-changing schedule of hospitality, which includes overnight shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern : Flexibility with AM, PM and overnight shifts, with mostly overnight shifts starting at 11.15PM and ending at 6.45AM and PM shifts starting as early as 2.45PM and ending as late as 11.15PM. Availability for weekends and holidays is required.

Pay Rate : $29.30 per hour, plus incentives.
