No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem!

If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this is the role for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and can earn at least an additional $15,000 in commission during their first year.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Generating insurance quotes.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.
