Job Description

We are seeking experienced nurses for the Neuro Intermediate Medical Unit (NIMU) to provide high-quality patient care during 12-hour night shifts. Nurses will work in a collaborative teaching hospital environment, interacting with students and new hires.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in the Neuro Intermediate Medical Unit.

Monitor patient vital signs and conditions, administering necessary treatments.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant specialty.

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.

Active Virginia / Compact License must be submitted at the time of application.

Previous travel experience is preferred.

Cerner experience is a plus.
