Service Representative – Woodstock, Illinois

Our customer in Woodstock, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Service Representatives to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer sample requests, preparing and shipping packages, and providing customer support primarily through email communication.

Responsibilities of the Service Representative :

  • Print sample requests from Outlook and process them accordingly.
  • Select random samples, package, and ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx software.
  • Communicate with customers primarily via email (90%) and occasionally by phone.
  • Provide basic information and support in response to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Receive and process customer orders through mail, phone, fax, or electronic means.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and attention to detail in all tasks.

Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, office, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and use a ruler / tape measure.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with shipping software.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.

    • Pay for Service Representative : $15.00 / hour
