Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom General Manager, located at our new 100,000 sq ft campus in Round Top, TX. The Showroom General Manager will oversee daily operations of the showroom, manage staff, develop and implement sales strategies, maintain inventory, and provide exceptional customer service. This role also entails collaborating with the corporate office, guiding clients through the selection process, and ensuring the showroom meets high standards of presentation and organization.

Qualifications

  • Management and leadership skills : Experience in managing a team, developing sales strategies, and overseeing showroom operations
  • Customer service and communication skills : Ability to provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Inventory management and organizational skills : Proficiency in maintaining inventory, organizing the showroom, and ensuring it meets presentation standards
  • Sales experience : Proven track record in sales, particularly in furniture or home decor industries
  • Technical skills : Familiarity with inventory management software and other relevant technology
  • Flexibility and adaptability : Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Relevant experience and education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred
