Salary Range : $158,000 - $180,000. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if company objectives are met.

As the Senior Advisor Market Design , you will :

• Guide complex, high-visibility projects and shape strategies that influence the direction of our markets and our organization.
• Propose, evaluate, and develop creative enhancements to market models, algorithms, business rules, and processes.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure market design changes are well-rounded, effective, and future-ready.
• Support multi-year market enhancement roadmaps as part of MISO's Unified Planning and Performance program.
• Assess market competitiveness and efficiency, solve high-risk challenges, and apply advanced economic and engineering principles.
• Develop white papers, technical reports, and presentations for executives, the Board of Directors, and industry audiences.
