The IT ERP Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to deliver ERP projects on time, within scope and budget, aligning project outcomes with business goals. This role involves comprehensive project management, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role reports to the IT Sr Director, Global Enterprise Applications. This role is hybrid and can be based in Andover, MA or Blauvelt, NY.

Primary Job Duties And Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution :

• Define and manage project scope, timeline, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead project execution in accordance with the project plan, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Provide overall project direction and serve as the liaison to the Steering Committee, senior leadership, and business process owners.
• Conduct Phase Gate Reviews at key milestones to validate progress and business alignment.
• Oversee business readiness assessments and cutover planning to ensure a smooth go-live.

The expected salary range for this position is :

North Andover, MA $113,000-$119,000

Blauvelt, NY $113,000-$122,000

Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

Working Conditions : While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).
