As a Project Manager , you’ll take full ownership of the build process—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal Project Manager will bring a high level of organization, leadership, and attention to detail to every phase of construction.

Project Manager – Key Qualifications :

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction

Proven ability to manage complex luxury home projects from pre-construction through closeout

Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with trades and vendors

Excellent communication skills with homeowners, architects, and internal teams

Ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously without compromising quality
