Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : Earn up to $800,000 in year 1, with a guaranteed base salary of $650,000, aligning with the 90th percentile MGMA.

  • Degree : MD / DO
  • Certifications : Board Certified / Eligible in Urology
  • Licensure : Active Louisiana license or eligible to obtain one
  • Experience : Robotics experience preferred; new grads and visa candidates welcome to apply
  • Sponsorship : H1B visa sponsorship available
