APPLICATION SYSTEM DEVELOPER The Application System Developer reports directly to the Manager of Development and Integration and is considered a key position on the IT Development team.  Position is responsible for new development, enhancements and escalated support of integrations, workflows and business processes that are key to the success of the company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience on moderate to complex IT projects in a developer / programmer capacity utilizing the Microsoft Technology Stack
  • Proficient in C# programming language.
  • Ability to document application designs
  • Demonstrated ability to design, document and perform testing strategies for application enhancements
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Bachelor’s Degree in management information systems, computer science or related field

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of IT processes within the global automotive environment a plus

Demonstrated use of application development methodologies

Demonstrated experience working with the Microsoft application development environment

BizTalk 2013 & higher or other Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) integration experience

SQL Server 2014 & higher

Visual Studio 2013 & higher

SharePoint 2013 & higher

Knowledge in one or more of the following languages a plus

  • C#
  • SQL
  • JavaScript
  • PowerShell
  • XML / XSL / XSLT
  • HTML / CSS

    • Knowledge in one or more of the following environments a plus

  • Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate,
  • WSDL – Web Services Description Language
  • Progress OpenEdge
  • CyberQuery Enterprise Reporting software
  • Nintex Forms and Workflows
  • Rocket API

    • Has one or more of the following Microsoft certifications

    MCP

  • Microsoft Certified Professional

    • MCSD

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer
  • Microsoft 365 Certified : Developer Associate

    • MCAD

  • Microsoft Certified Application Developer

    • Required Skills Required Experience

    Qualifications :

  • Prior experience conducting internal and external risk assessments and compliance measures and / or remediation items and implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Familiar with GRC tools for managing audit controls, evidence gathering and reporting
  • Experience with CIS 20, NIST, SSAE18, PCI DSS, EI3PA, ISO 27000, HIPPA, GDPR, or similar
  • Experience performing third party assurance assessments
  • Excellent client / interdepartmental relationship and customer service skills, with a clear client focus
  • High degree of independence and exceptional work ethic with a team player attitude and a detailed- and solution-oriented mind
  • Familiarity with core IT and Information Security Technologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with privacy and risk management tools
  • 7-10 years practical experience managing compliance programs
