We are seeking experienced candidates to produce high-powered fiber lasers and components as part of a manufacturing team. On-the-job training is provided to perform hands-on production tasks, including electromechanical assembly. Responsibilities
Performs electromechanical assembly operationsOperates test equipmentUses manual and electronic tools for mechanical and optical assemblyEnters production data into computer-based systemPerforms various production tasks including working in a clean room environment, wearing clean room garments, using a microscope, handling solvents, and working with toolsEngages in production activities according to the documented work instructions and standardsIdentifies and reports any irregularities not compliant with work instructionsEnsures work is completed in a safe and efficient mannerComplies with all safety and quality standardsChecks equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activityMay engage in basic troubleshootingWorks on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or making recommendationsReceives minimal instruction on daily work and general instructions on newly introduced assignmentsMay provide guidance to other personnelParticipates in LEAN / productivity and improvement activitiesContributes as a valued team memberQualifications

Starting pay depends on qualifications :
