Title Curative Specialist

Responsibilities

Review assigned reports daily to ensure timely file review, clearance, and client updates

Input and process data in accordance with company standards for service and quality.

Examine public records and assess property title to ascertain legal status, adhering to both state and client requirements.

Analyze various records like deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, plats, and maps to determine ownership.

Evaluate the implications of recorded instruments within the title chain.

Identify and resolve any title curative issues, including senior interests, liens, judgments, tax matters, etc.

Adhere to client-specific deadlines and prescribed timeframes rigorously.

Requirements

1 or more years of relevant work experience

Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus!

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong customer service and communication skills
