Staff Attorney

Reporting to our General Counsel, as a Staff Attorney you will :

• Provide legal advice, counsel, and service to internal business clients concerning legal rights, obligations, opportunities and privileges, by :
• Review, draft and negotiating contracts.
• Provide hands-on legal counsel to personnel at all levels of the company.
• Identify, research, and analyze legal issues.
• Recommend and draft company policies.
• Develop, coordinating legal and compliance trainings.
• Support large legal projects.
• Manage outside counsel.
