The Moran Company is pleased to partner with The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews to recruit the organization’s first Global CFO. The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (The Fellowship) is the leading non-profit building bridges between Christians and Jews to support Israel and the Jewish people worldwide with humanitarian care and lifesaving aid.
In 2024, The Fellowship reported over $339 million in revenue, providing funding to poverty relief, security assistance, and interfaith education programs. The Global CFO is a new senior leadership role created to support the charitable non-profit’s growth and global complexity. Reporting to the U.S. CEO with dotted line oversight of the international finance function, the Global CFO will provide strategic and operational financial leadership that aligns with the Fellowship’s mission and values, ensuring the integrity of the organization’s global financial operations, compliance, and reporting.
Base pay
$275,000.00 / yr - $310,000.00 / yr
The annual salary range for this position is expected to be in the $275,000 - $310,000 range, commensurate with experience. Higher compensation will be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
