About the Role

Taskify is hiring for one of its leading healthcare clients — a full-service, 94-bed hospital located in downtown New Braunfels. The facility provides comprehensive care services, including advanced imaging, surgical and orthopedic care, a modern birthing center, 24 / 7 emergency and neonatal coverage, wound care, cardiac services, and rehabilitation.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the clinical care team. The RN will deliver both routine and complex nursing care, manage individualized care plans, and ensure exceptional patient-centered service while maintaining compliance with all hospital and nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring patients for effectiveness and potential side effects.

Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.

Document patient history, care provided, and ongoing observations in accordance with hospital policies.

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medication management, and recovery care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient outcomes.

Delegate and assign tasks to appropriate care providers while maintaining accountability for care delivery.

Maintain professional competencies and complete annual skills verifications.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Completion of a structured onboarding or residency program for newly licensed RNs.
