Job Description

We are seeking an Obstetrician / Gynecologist for a 1-day locum tenens assignment in Florida, starting Oct 3, 2025. This opportunity involves 24-hour hotel call coverage at a trauma facility, with responsibilities including scheduled deliveries, C-sections, and ER consults. Providers must have previous AH credentials and be comfortable handling a variety of OB / GYN cases.

Job Details

  • Provider Type Needed : Obstetrician / Gynecologist
  • Schedule : 24-hour hotel call (Oct 3 8am – Oct 4 8am); sporadic dates available monthly for credentialed providers

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage scheduled deliveries and perform C-sections
  • Conduct laparoscopic procedures as needed
  • Provide emergency room consults for obstetric and gynecologic cases
  • Oversee all OB / GYN calls routed through the ER

    • Additional Information

  • Must hold an active Florida license
  • Required board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Prior AH credentialing is mandatory
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
