A company is looking for a Senior Employment Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on various employment law areas and engage in collaborative problem-solving
Analyze and develop strategic dispute resolution strategies to mitigate risks
Manage employment claims and litigation matters, including administrative agency investigations
Required Qualifications
JD from a nationally recognized law school
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an attorney, with in-house counsel experience preferred
Strong business acumen and ability to engage across all company levels
Proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in California employment law is preferred
