PRN Nurse
Administrative representative after hours, on weekends and holidays.
Assess activities of all departments in order to assure continuity of care; report pertinent information to management and administration.
Provide continuity in supervision of hospital personnel and provide guidance and direction to maintain quality clinical care along with prudent fiscal management (supplies and staffing).
Create and maintain an environment which promotes mutual trust, acceptance, recognition and respect; demonstrate personal and professional responsibility and assume accountability for own professional development.
Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient / guest experiences.
Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Education : Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Alabama. Preferred bachelor of science degree in nursing.
Experience : Five years' management / supervisor experience preferred. Two years required.
Additional Skills / Abilities : Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required.
