Overview

Children's Dental FunZone (CDFZ) is one of Southern California's fastest-growing pediatric dental and orthodontic groups, with 18+ locations. We're dedicated to providing state-of-the-art dental care in a fun and welcoming environment for children and families. As we expand, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of our new locations in Moreno Valley and Chino

The Role

As a Construction Project Manager at CDFZ, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with contractors, architects, vendors, and internal leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction projects for Moreno Valley and Chino locations, from permitting to final inspection.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and city officials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and company standards.
  • Provide weekly progress updates to leadership and proactively resolve issues.
  • Source and manage vendors while maintaining strong cost control.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management (healthcare / dental / medical office experience preferred).
  • Valid California Contractor License (required).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Ability to travel between Moreno Valley, Chino, and the corporate office as needed.
