Location : Avera Sacred Heart Hospital

Worker Type : Regular

Work Shift : Day Shift (United States of America)

Pay Range : $19.75 - $48.00 (Actual pay rate dependent upon experience)

Position Highlights

HOURS : 4 : 30 AM - 3 PM & 5 AM - 5 PM; 48 hours / 2 weeks; Every 3rd Saturday rotation; 1-2 holidays per year

Student Loan Repayment : This position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, helping you pay off your loans faster with an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) each month!

Your Role as a Dialysis Tech

At Avera, you’ll be part of a compassionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to Moving Health Forward for our patients. Here’s what you’ll do :

• Perform and maintain proficiency in technical skills for dialysis treatments.
• Provide oversight and delegation to department staff.
• Ensure compliance with water room equipment operation and function.
• Document patient records according to departmental policies.
• Coordinate patient care with Medical Directors, Nephrologists, and other healthcare providers.
• Act as a patient / family advocate, collaborating on care plans.
• Identify patient / family learning needs and develop educational plans.
