Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and administration of market competitive compensation programs
Analyze job roles to determine appropriate compensation grades and maintain salary structures
Compile and analyze data for reporting and decision-making by HR and operational leaders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-3 years of experience in Compensation preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced MS Excel
Demonstrated data collection, analytic, and reporting skills
High level of confidentiality required
