Client Service Associate

PrideStaff Financial is seeking a Client Service Associate for a financial broker / dealer in North Palm Beach on a temp to perm basis. Must have excellent computer and customer service skills and be very detailed oriented.

In this role, the Client Service Associate partners closely with the Advisors and Operations teams for service request fulfillment, supporting our team for the best client experience. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and advisors in the execution of client servicing and administrative requests by initiating or completing activities for our team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling :

• Transaction Requests
• Maintenance of Records
• Inquiry Follow-up

Competencies :

Accuracy and Attention to Detail Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to process information with high levels of accuracy. MS Office Skills, computer savvy
