Job Title : Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a fast-paced, high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with 5–10 years of recruiting experience who can take ownership of the hiring process and deliver results. The candidate will primarily help fill roles in architecture and engineering, though direct experience in those fields is not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake to offer, for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Lead structured interviews and guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation and selection.
• Review and optimize job postings to ensure clarity, appeal, and alignment with role expectations.
• Source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate experience.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00 / yr.
