What Youll Do :

• Serve the clients of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing by performing expert-level plumbing installations, services and repairs as needed. Must be willing to run a truck and possibly support the shop if needed.
• Review and communicate to client work being performed.
• Timely and accurate documentation of all work.
• Mentor and assist with training less experienced Technicians / apprentices
• Assist with Cultivating team's culture

What Youll Bring :

• Valid Connecticut P1 or P2 Plumber license minimum required. Position not available to apprentice plumbers
• Min. 4 years of experience
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to represent the company with professionalism
• Ensure 100% client satisfaction
• Clean license history
