Employment Attorney - 100% Remote ($165,000-$180,000+ Salary)

Base pay range

$175,000.00 / yr - $225,000.00 / yr

Employment Law Defense Attorney

Location : Fully Remote position. Candidates MUST be barred in CA.

Compensation : $165,000 - $185,000+ Base Salary plus Bonuses, 401k Matching, and excellent Comprehensive Benefits!

Bonuses kick in after 1575 Billable Hours!

Our firm specializes in defending employers and businesses in all Employment matters from Workers' Compensation to Wage and Hour, Class Action, and PAGA Cases! Your Role :

  • Represent employers in employment law disputes, including Class Actions and PAGA cases.
  • Develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on employment law compliance and risk management.
  • Handle all phases of litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, mediation, and trial.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional service and results.

What We're Looking For :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in California.
  • Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) defending employers in employment law cases, with a strong focus on Class Actions and PAGA matters.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service.
