Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients of all ages? At Carle Health, we’re looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. You’ll not only evaluate and treat patients but also serve as a role model and clinical resource for staff and students. Let’s work together to create a healthier community!

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform patient transfers safely and effectively, ensuring the well-being of everyone involved.
  • Design and adjust personalized care plans based on patient responses and evidence-based practices.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers using engaging and effective teaching methods.
  • Evaluate clinical findings to determine diagnoses and outcomes.
  • Document care in accordance with our Clinical Process Policy.
  • Monitor and provide feedback to support personnel, ensuring high-quality care.
  • Communicate with referring providers about patient progress and treatment recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Certifications : Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) within 90 days and Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.
  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Required).
  • Experience : We welcome new graduates!
