The Role :
As a Service Technician , you’ll diagnose and repair luxury vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You'll work with advanced technology and tools while continuing to build on your expertise.
Requirements
Diagnose and repair European luxury and performance vehicles (Jaguar, Land Rover, etc.), ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfactionStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in European vehicle technology through ongoing training and technical service bulletinsUse state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend solutionsProvide clear, professional communication with customers regarding vehicle issues, services, and repairsCollaborate with a dedicated team of technicians and service advisors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient repairsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and company policiesQualifications :
2+ years of experience with European vehicles (preferred)Strong knowledge of European automotive systems, including advanced diagnostics and repair techniquesAbility to work with factory-level diagnostic tools and vehicle-specific softwareExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear, concise mannerA strong passion for high-end vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBenefits
