JOB SUMMARY :

In conjunction with the Head Nurse provides first line planning, coordinating, coaching and organizing of daily operations to ensure quality patient care in the assigned practice group. Responsible for providing direct nursing care to Health Center patients as needed based on patient demand and staff capacity. Functions under the supervision of the Head Nurse, accepts guidance from the Associate Medical Director (AMD), Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and / or Physician’s Assistants. Acts as a resource and problem solver within the practice group; is responsible for effective clinical team building.
