Position Overview
Our client is an award winning family law firm in Newport Beach. We are seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support issues. This role requires strong advocacy skills and a passion for helping clients navigate complex family legal challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel to clients on family law issues including divorce, custody, and support matters.
- Manage a caseload of family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients, aiming for favorable outcomes through effective communication and persuasion.
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to support their positions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law.Proven track record in case management and litigation strategy development.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits
