Heavy Equipment Mechanic

This is a full-time on-site role for a Diesel Mechanic at TONY'S ROADSIDE SERVICE in Elma, NY. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for conducting vehicle and equipment maintenance, specializing in diesel mechanics and heavy equipment. The role will also involve performing preventive maintenance tasks on a regular basis.

• Qualifications
• Diesel Mechanics, Vehicle Maintenance, and Heavy Equipment skills
• Experience in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Certification or training in diesel mechanics is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• NY State Inspection License (Emissions for Passenger vehicles a plus)
• Experience working on various types of vehicles, including Diesel
• full compliment of hand tools
• Experience with Diagnostic tools and software
• Driver's license (CDL preferred, not required.)
