The successful candidate will have outstanding skills and will be committed to working with others to deliver best-in-class, unparalleled excellence in customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To :

• Serves as a Lead Logistics Management Specialist and Team Leader overseeing Total Package Fielding (TPF) programs for Materiel Fielding and Training, Tank-automotive and Armaments Command and associated Program Managers.
• Leads fielding as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides de-processing and transfer of various new or displaced equipment to members of the United States Armed Forces.
• Oversees all assigned logistics, supply and fielding programs and participates in meetings with program management, sustainment, and contractor personnel as TPF subject matter expert.
• Manages and coordinates Total Package Fielding (TPF) requirements and schedules for team.
• Prepares reports and maintains records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinates the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor.
• Researches, learns, and applies a wide range of qualitative and / or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products.
• Leads the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provides leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining what improvements can be made.
• Conducts training and instruction as required by the program

Education and Experience :

Must have a minimum of a high School Diploma / GED

Knowledgeable of Army Training Devices preferred.

Must have a current CDL
