Union Pay Increase : $18.00 / hr after 90 days.

About the Role :
This is a full-time overnight driving position operating a parking lot sweeping truck. You'll be responsible for keeping retail and commercial properties clean and orderly, completing a designated route each night with professionalism and attention to detail.
Job Duties Include :
- Driving a sweeper truck between multiple commercial properties
- Picking up trash and litter by hand
- Emptying garbage cans and replacing liners
- Operating a handheld blower
- Breaking down cardboard for recycling
- General cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Logging in / out of locations using a company-issued tablet
This position requires independent work , strong time management, good communication skills, and a high level of personal accountability.
