A company is looking for an EOR and Operations Principal.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with evolving federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain and update HR policies and employee records for audits and compliance
Administer workers' compensation programs and conduct HR incident investigations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5-10 years of HR operations or compliance experience, preferably in an EOR or multi-state environment
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including wage and hour, leave, and safety regulations
Experience managing workers' compensation claims and HR investigations
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and HRIS systems
