Behavioral Health RN

Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health / Adolescent Residential Care Fort Worth, TX |   $40–$50 / hr | Overtime Available | Full Time Overview We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide behavioral health and clinical support in an adolescent residential treatment environment.

This role is ideal for nurses who excel in structured, emotionally engaging settings supporting youth with mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, and family conflict.

Schedule & Shifts 7 :

• 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM and 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM 7-day coverage with rotating schedules No overnight shifts currently required Overtime available for crisis or extended coverage Start date : ASAP Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver patient-centered care.
• Administer medications accurately and maintain complete clinical documentation.
• Monitor for behavioral or physical health changes and intervene appropriately.
• Participate in crisis prevention, intervention, and stabilization activities.
• Document all nursing activity using behavioral EMR systems such as KIPU .
• Collaborate with MHTs, CNAs, and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Communicate effectively with leadership regarding patient care and progress.

Requirements Active, unencumbered Texas RN license BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Minimum 1 year of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience (residential, inpatient, or acute psych) Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and professionally Compensation & Benefits Pay :
