Security Professional - Unarmed Government Patrol
As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol a dynamic government location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication to all who visit the site. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies while addressing any emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to observe and report unusual activities and help to deter potential concerns.Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and / or other personnel encountered during patrols.Document observations, incidents, and / or activities according to Allied Universal protocols.What We're Looking For :

Possess at least one year of security-related experience.Possess an armed guard card or license.CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
