Required Qualifications

5+ years' experience in change management, preferably in education or technology environments

Experience supporting business-led transformation initiatives and rapid change projects

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or formal change management certification preferred

Familiarity with AI tools and trends is a strong plus
