Construction Project Manager
The Superintendent will lead and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects valued at $25-50+ million. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, interpreting drawings and specifications, solving complex challenges, and maintaining the project schedule.
