They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their award-winning team and oversee the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Position Overview : The Senior Project Manager will lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination while serving as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and work plans
• Lead project teams and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
