The candidate should have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited school of engineering. Candidate must be a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or have their FE / EIT with the ability to obtain their PE. Candidate must also be proficient in AutoCad.

Job Requirements :

  • Ability to perform the structural design and analysis of retaining wall systems
  • Ability to develop accurate wall layouts and details based off of customer supplied contract plans
  • Perform conceptual and detailed design calculations and analyses
  • Assist with the preparation of detailed engineering reports and supporting documents
  • Prepare construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates
  • Resolve technical issues and interface with other engineering disciplines
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Education / Skills / Experience :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited school of engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or FE / EIT with the ability to obtain PE
  • Must have a clear understanding of AutoCAD
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
