Rail Operations Manager

Lead a fast-growing grain inspection team that keeps America's fields flowing. If you love agriculture, thrive in the elements, and bring grit, resourcefulness, and a get-it-done mindset, this is the role to own. You'll run day-to-day rail inspection operations, recruit and develop field talent, back up the crew in the field, and help grow the business with the commercial team-safely, accurately, and profitably.
